POSCON is creating a new network that will get in competiotion with the most famous ones. Join now to become a beta tester.
Today I had time to take a look at a new network project that I discovered on Wednesday: POSCON, a new network for online fliers providing realistic operations.
POSCON stands for Positive Control and its aim is to get in competition with IVAO, VatSim and PilotEdge. The biggest advantage is that it’s completely free and has a modern site design that helps a lot while searching for feautures. An underestimated aspect by IVAO, which site is a bit obsolete.
This new network is really built for 201x, as it will use the latest voice codec featuring VHF, UHF and HF distance emulators and a built-in aircraft library, no need to install CSL. And that’s only a small list of the whole features that POSCON will provide.
Of course it will be available also for P3d/FSX. Anyway the building of a good network requires a lot of time and we cannot expect the developers to “release” this network in a short time, but the great thing that POSCON is providing from now is the community involvement as the team is trying to hear every advice from the community.
The network is also very very careful to the users who run an organization or a Virtual Airline offering free web hosting and integrations. Join now to become a beta-tester and start to help the development of a new reality for online simmers at poscon.net.
